If kx8 determines that a member is abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, mirror betting, or arbitrage — the bonuses will be voided and the account will be suspended.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The cash-out feature may be used to partially settle live bets.
If a technical error results in incorrect odds being displayed on kx8, the company reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.
The maximum win per single bet is determined by the event and betting category. In general, a single bet can pay out up to ৳50 lakh.
